We gladly stand behind the quality of our work and will accept returns only in the case of defects or quality concerns.

What Qualifies as a Defective Item

Visible flaws in craftsmanship or material upon arrival.

Incorrect item shipped.

Damage sustained in transit.

Normal variations in natural materials (such as leather markings, shell patterns, or hand-painted finishes) are part of the uniqueness of our products and are not considered defects.

Return Process

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [your email].

Please include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of approval.

Resolution

You may choose a replacement of the same item (if available) or a full refund to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was due to our error.
